For business

Your company's private channel, with bots and a voice assistant

weSmile isn't just another chat: your team talks inside it, bots do the repetitive work, and the Partner answers out loud when nobody can look at a screen.

Messages, voice notes, groups, stories and direct voice and video calls between devices, with themes your way. No ads, no selling data, no business behind your conversations.

In the cloud

weSmile Business

US$4 per person per month

  • Chat, groups and group video calls, big ones too: the call is shared across the devices
  • Market bots and AI-built ones, using your company's keys
  • In Spanish and English, with support from Costa Rica
On your servers

weSmile Private

US$2.400 per year, for about 50 people; larger teams, quoted

  • Installed on your server: your data never leaves it
  • You run the database, the backups and who gets in
  • Setup and training billed separately
Device

Office Partner

US$129 for the device, plus US$3 a month

  • Voice assistant: it reads what comes in, sends messages and runs bots
  • For the front desk, the warehouse or the consulting room
  • Pairs with your company's account

Prices are a reference and get confirmed in the proposal. The demo runs 1 month, with everything on and no card.

🖥️ On your own server, with full control of the data

If you'd rather nothing of yours went through our servers, weSmile installs entirely on yours: in your office or in whatever cloud you pick. The database, the files and the backups stay where you say, with your keys, and we have no way in.

  • It runs in containers, with your own database and your own AI keys.
  • You set who gets in, how long things are kept and when they're deleted.
  • All that stays here is your company's record, so we can bill you: your conversations never go through this database.
  • Setup, updates and training are quoted separately.

What's already in there

None of this is a promise for later: it works today and you can try it in the demo.

Your company's WhatsApp, handled from here

Whatever people write to your WhatsApp number lands in a weSmile chat, and anyone on the team answers with /wa, from their phone, without handing out the company's number. With /waauto on, the AI answers on its own.

Your website, connected

Bookings, job applications, comments and your website's chat land in weSmile. You connect it by pasting a code into your panel: no keys and no technical setup.

A support inbox for your customers

Your customers write to your company's inbox from weSmile and your team answers, with each request organized as a ticket.

Shared calendar, with a subscription link

Every group has its own calendar and a link you paste into Google Calendar, the iPhone or Outlook: it shows up next to everything else and updates by itself. You can renew the link whenever you want and the old one stops working. It also reminds you before each event.

Bots and a voice assistant

Market bots or AI-built ones for the repetitive work, plus an assistant you talk to: it reads what came in, sends messages, adds events and runs the bots. It lives in the app and in the office device too.

Activity log

Who joined, who left, whose role changed, which invite links were made. And, separately, each person's assistant log: what they asked it and what it did. Never the text of any message, and in a separate database, your company's own.

Your company's look, fixed if you want it

Whoever administers builds the theme, the colors and the bubbles, and sets them for the whole company. Menus, text size and animations stay with each person: it fixes the look, not how the app feels to use.

You decide who touches what

Each thing is given to or taken from the company — bots, Market, creating bots, AI, Partner, assistant, calls — and you also choose who inside gets to use it: everyone, only administrators, or nobody.

⚠️ About WhatsApp, what you should know first

  • WhatsApp is billed by Meta, not by us: you pay per conversation, at their own rate.
  • You have to verify the number and the business with Meta, and that number stops working in the regular WhatsApp app.
  • Outside the 24-hour window since the person's last message, Meta only lets you write using approved templates. Answering enquiries fits fine; sending cold reminders isn't built yet.
  • Today the bot understands text messages: a photo or an audio arrives with no text and it doesn't answer those.
